BC Offroading Shipping Policy

• We are not responsible for shipping order delays such as mechanical, weather, human error, incorrect address from customer, and other unpredictable delays.
• Business days are defined as "Monday - Friday" and do not include holidays and weekends.
• Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend are sent in 1-2 business days starting on Monday. If there is a lead time it will be stated on the product page.
• Items that arrive damaged must be documented and BC Offroading must be contacted within 24hours of delivery in order for a claim to be filed. NO EXCEPTIONS
