Return & Refunds

RETURN RULES

-Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by BC-Offroading are covered by this Standard Return Policy. Failure to comply with the terms stated herein, as well as those stated on the RMA form, may result in delayed return processing and/or refusal of returned packages. 

-An RMA number can be obtained from BC-Offroading by sending an email to support@bigcountryoffroading.com with your name, invoice number, and part number of the item(s) you’re returning. 

-A refund will only be made if your request for an RMA is obtained within thirty (30) days of receiving the item(s). Any return after thirty days will not be authorized.  

-Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery date, NO EXCEPTIONS. 

-No Refunds on shipping charges, unless stated otherwise

 -NO RETURNS will be accepted on OPENED, INSTALLED or otherwise used products due to the dangerous and stressful nature of racing, off-road, and performance vehicles. 

--You will be responsible for paying any original and return shipping charges if you have remorse of the purchase. If product is defective or damaged in transit BC Offroading will pay return cost.

Conditions

  • Item must be in NEW condition as it arrived.
  • If item arrived broken please email pictures so we can refund or exchange the product at no cost to the customer.
  • Wrong item shipped (BC Offroading error), we will exchange the product at no cost to the customer.
  • Wrong item ordered,(Customer error) customer must pay to ship wrong item back before a new one is sent out.

*ALL PACKAGES RETURNED WITHOUT AN RMA WILL NOT BE REFUNDED* ALL RETURNS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE LOCATION LISTED ON YOUR RMA FORM AND ARE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE OF UP TO 30%.  

RETURN PROCESS

1. Please email support@bigcountryoffroading.com to request a refund or return with images and order number.

2.Create a shipping label to the address that the was indicated on the email. 

3. Take the shipping label and package and ship it back to us

4.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.
